Orders

LUXWOD u.s. specializes in the sale of tires, single-piece, and multi-piece custom wheels. Customers are able to individualize specific wheel models on the respective manufacturer's website, and upon completion of our checkout process, customers may submit their designs to us along with their order number via email. All orders received Monday to Saturday will be processed within 24 hours. Orders received on Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day. We have an average turnaround time of 3 weeks for the production of custom wheels. We will communicate to you any delays or schedule changes during the production of your wheels.

Payment

Currently LUXWOD u.s. accepts payment through Paypal only. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service. You may use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card. If you wish, upon completion of your Paypal payment, you may elect to sign up for a new Paypal account. This will allow you a faster, more convenient checkout experience for future online purchases. For existing Paypal account holders, we do not accept eChecks, payments must be funded via Paypal account balance or credit card.

Shipping

We use Estes Express Lines for all our shipping needs. Shipping normally takes 5-7 working days across the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO BOXES. You must provide us with a physical address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays incurred after items are en route with the shipper. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving completed custom wheels from manufacturer. If only tires are purchased, they are normally shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. Within the contiguous U.S., we do not charge additional fees for shipping any set, or multiple thereof, of 4 wheels, or, any set, or multiple thereof, of 4 wheels with tires mounted. If you purchase 4 wheels with 4 compatible tires as a set, they will be mounted and balanced, and you will receive all necessary mounting hardware (i.e. lugs and wheel locks) at no additional charge. Overseas customers please contact us for shipping quotes to your location. Most merchandise is shipped from our partner's facility in California. We will not ship to an address other than the confirmed Paypal address. If your confirmed and shipping address are not the same, your order will be declined.

Order Cancellation

There is no cancellation of orders once they have reached the production stage - for custom wheels, or in the case of tires, once they have been shipped. Therefore, a small window exists for order cancellation. For custom wheels (including wheel and tire packages), this is a maximum of 12 hours after the order has been made, and for tires, 8 hours after the order has been made. No guarantee for cancellation can be made after these times have elapsed.

Errors In Pricing

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, LUXWOD u.s. shall have the right to refuse, or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. LUXWOD u.s. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your Paypal account or credit card charged. If your Paypal account or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LUXWOD u.s. shall immediately issue a refund to your Paypal account or credit card in the amount of the incorrect transaction.
